Foam Products

Foam Products for Filtration

Our foams improve the efficiency of water filtration — from mechanical and biological filtration to absorbing unwanted substances.

Types of Foam

Open-Cell Foam

Porous structure for mechanical and biological water filtration with high flow rates.

Closed-Cell Foam

Dense structure for sealing, insulation and sound damping in demanding applications.

Absorption Foam

Specialised foam for absorbing oils, greases and unwanted substances from water and air.

Acoustic Foam

Acoustic foam for industrial noise reduction and improved working conditions.

Reticulated Polyether Foam

Reticulated polyether foam is a flexible filter material with an open-cell structure. This allows air and liquids to flow through easily while trapping dirt particles. The foam is resilient, washable and available in blue, red, black and white, with pore sizes of PPI 10, 20, 30 and 45.

Polyester PPI Foam

Polyester PPI foam is a durable filter material with an open-cell structure. It allows air and liquids to flow through while trapping dirt particles. The foam is washable, dimensionally stable and available in different PPI grades for coarse to fine filtration.

Japanese Filter Mats

Japanese filter mats are strong and durable filter media with an open fibre structure. Water flows easily through the mats while dirt particles are trapped. Their large surface area also supports beneficial bacteria, making them suitable for both mechanical and biological filtration.

Filter Fleece Rolls

Filter fleece and carbon filter fleece are fine filtration materials for removing dirt particles from water and air. Standard white filter fleece captures fine contamination, while black carbon filter fleece also helps reduce unpleasant odours, discolouration and certain dissolved substances. Both materials are easy to cut and suitable for various filter systems.

Polyether (PU)

Polyether (PU) foam has an open-cell structure that captures oil droplets and dirt particles from airflow. Small oil droplets merge into larger droplets within the foam, allowing the oil to drain away. The material is flexible, resilient and air-permeable.
